Sweets sound of success for the DC40

The simple pleasures of the Hendricks QRP Kits DC40 transceiver can be enhanced by adding a stage of audio amplification - compliments of the LM386 chip. First added to the transceiver by Chuck Carpenter, W5USJ, the simple circuit provides enough audio "umph" to drive headphones or a small speaker.
